Know u can search via KVS tool as well as the BA site itself but is there any way to set up alerts for notifications of when award tickets on a particular flight open up? I have a companion pass to use next October or November and it seems like there is zero F availability out of LAX/SFO.

MAybe expertflyer. I've never used it, and I know it's lost some functionality lately because it won't work on AA flights, but it still might work for BA.

Correction: It shouldn't say AA - that should be delta

BA redemption availability is not shown on Expertflyer. Awardnexus is the only site that offers an automated search for BA award inventory.

If you believe the QF inventory is accurate enough for the BA alerts you need/want then my OW alerts will also work just fine. And are free.

Yes. The FAQ for EF does specifically list AA as supported.

In addition I fairly recently set up EF a number of notifications for AA and got confirming e-mails both of the notifications when set up and later the award availability.

Thanks... now how accurate do YOU believe QF is? I guess if it can save me from checking 20 times a day that would be great.
