The Twin Falls County prosecutor's office says 43-year-old Tracy L. Ivie of Lindon, Utah, was shot Friday morning at the Hampton Inn. Clark J. Cleveland of Spring Creek, Nev., was charged with felony eluding and felony aggravated battery on a police officer after Friday's chase and standoff in which a woman was held hostage at the hotel for three hours. A police officer was shot in the leg. Prosecutor Grant Loebs says Cleveland is being held on $2 million bond and may face other charges.
