Even though I have been battling with my company over airline choices, I've manged 20k so far on US Airways, so I am happy that I will be at *least* maintaining Silver Preferred for the upcoming year (I have a trip to Paris booked for August, so that guarantees me my minimum is met for the year). I'm sure that's not much compared to many of you on the board, but for me it's a major accomplishment to know I will have it for next year as well. :) At this point in the year....I want to think "go for Gold"....but I just won't make enough miles or segments to do it. But I am still content.

    Anyone else?

I'm behind where I was last year, but still in a decent position.

On 4/30 of last year I was sitting at 49,857 miles. When 4/30 rolls around a week from today, I'll be at 28,639.

I should be right on track to squeak by into Chairman once again. I'll be at 35k by the end of the month. The 10k credit card PQM will definitely help ease the pressure near the end of the year. Maybe there will be another good grand slam PQM bonus too.

I'll be sitting at around 28K at the end of the month. Looking good to make Gold, but hoping to hit Platinum.

By spending $25K on your US Airway credit card each year.

As of today, sitting at 53 segments and 36,363 miles. Looking at maintaining Chairman for third year in the row.

Qualifying the painful way - short RJ flights each week:

    16500 miles and 33 segments
