http://www.usnews.com/news/business...ge-incidents-reported-by-airlines-on-the-rise Yes, tensions are sky high at the airport and on planes these days since the Obama administration gifted Wall Street the keys to the sky inviting them to make travel the unnecessarily absurd ordeal it has become. It's now official: you cannot make several billion dollars in quarterly profit without creating a penal environment for your choiceless victims. It's also crystal clear that it is dangerous to make aerial mass transit part of a greedfest. We need a windfall profits tax, or something that allows investors a very modest return, not the pig out that is happening. It would help if the media would stop coddling the airlines and tell the truth. Lurking behind every discomfort, inconvenience, hassle and hazard is the desire of the greedy to make a meal out of the air passenger.
