Unclear why - plane at remote location, baggage removed next to the plane.
Heard it on KCBS about an hour ago and heard just now on KCBS that there was supposedly a bomb threat made. The report also said that the bomb threat note was made at SFO and that 2 pax were removed from the a/c in handcuffs. Don't know how accurate it is but that's what I just heard a few minutes ago.
Parking in the penalty zone and offloading bags is certainly consistent with a bomb threat.
Yeah, no one cares about Oakland.
Did the flight originate in SFO and land quickly at OAK? Where was in going? Or was it bound for SFO and landed (early?) at OAK?
