    I wrote last week that the Barclaycard Arrival Plus, once solidly in the keeper category for me, was at risk. In the end, that remains a “maybe – maybe not” decision for me, but do know the card is available again for new applications. While the 5 percent miles rebate and $100 travel spend minimum make it relatively less desirable in comparison to what it was, the truth is that you still get 40,000 bonus miles after spending $3,000 in the first 3 months and $400 is still $400.
