Application Question

  1. I am applying for a chase card and I have a question about the employment question. I have been working in food service for over 10 years. I was just hired to a professional business position. I haven't started yet. Would it be better to put the 10+ year job or the more professional job as my Employer?

I'd say apply with your current employment (sounds like its the food service position).

I think current position, w/ 10 years on the job would be better, and since you haven't started new position yet, you wouldn't be lying.

I don't generally kno how much difference it really makes if you have great credit. I mean, I think most of the time if you have excellent credit then stuff like that is a formality. As long as you have a job with income :)
