Has anyone found a way to exchage delta miles without paying a fee?
Exchange for what?
Well, it depends what you mean. For example, if you want to give someone the miles, rather than give them the miles, buy the ticket using the miles. I bought my mom a ticket on DL miles, 25K miles + 10 USD. If had transferred the miles, it would have been much more expensive.
Nothing in life is truly without a fee...
Do not be so pessimistic
I have done stuff to make a stranger's day and have been on the receiving end too.
Small things like sheltering a mum with a child in the rain that is out of my way is free but felt good to myself and the mum
Point taken, but I wasn't really including 'human' action!
Yeah. Was really a poke to make things light around here. I reminded my wife that even Gmail is not really free. When we uses it, it helps Google builds its community and its databases etc. It only seems free at an individual level. Heck, even the air we breathes in is paid for by the CO2 we breathe out. Cause and effect in a capitalist system.
Very, very true!!
