Philadelphia has a long history of being a melting pot. It is filled with people and cultures from all across the world have come to visit and to live. With many cultural centers all one needs to do is a quick web search and see that on any given week or weekend there are activities all over the city and surrounding counties.
Philadelphia mandates 1% spending of any development project to be spent twords art so they have a lot of public art.
