Any experience with getting NZ flight credit to post?

Does anyone have any experience with the "normal" time it takes for NZ flights to post to MileagePlus?

Due to IRROPS and missing a flight connection to SYD, I spent about 3 hours in LAX trying to get rebooked, a combination of 40 mins on phone with agent while in line at customer service (didn't accomplish anything) and another 2.5 hours with an LAX agent.

Eventually, the LAX agent via multiple calls to the help desk and ultimately the 1K desk, they reticketed me via AC to YVR and then NZ to AKL and NZ to BNE (final destination). The AC flights posted to my account in less than 2 days; however the NZ flights (booked in Z) have yet to credit to my account.

I have a feeling at this point I am going to have to submit a request, but am worried that in the reticketing process UA screwed something up and NZ will come back that it wasn't a paid business fare.
