    This likely doesn't have to do with the user posting on a mobile platform, but instead have to do with the fact that the rich text editor has a feature that allows it to retain the formatting of text that is copied and pasted into the thread. That is likely why that post looks like that. If a poster does not wish to use that functionality for a post they can also use the text post editor by click the "AA" icon in the upper right of the post box.

    This info should be added to the user wiki, so people have a chance of being aware prior to posting HUGE STUFF. :)

    I wonder if default shouldn't be plain text, with the user having the option of pasting in rich text?

    Pasting in the rich text doesn't always work right, either.

    It definitely doesn't handle charts and tables well.
