I am flying home-CLT-EWR on US to connect as a FC passenger with an International flight flight on BA all on a AA award. I have a three hour layover in CLT. Will I have lounge access in CLT? l have no status with any Oneworld carrier.

My read of the rules says you have access, assuming the BA flight is in a premium cabin as well. You may be asked to show the EWR-LHR BP.

Despite the rules as quoted the admitting dragons might be confused; I have seen such occurrences at the CLT club. If you follow WA's advice and show the international FC boarding pass as you enter it will probably mitigate any hassle. Have a nice trip!
