    An earthquake with a magnitude reportedly measured at 7.3 on the Richter scale rocked much of eastern Nepal on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, with its epicenter located approximately 47 miles east northeast of Kathmandu, according to this article posted at the official Internet web site of the United States Geological Survey; and six further aftershocks — one with a magnitude as high as 6.3 — have occurred to the southwest-to-southeast of that earthquake. At least 80 people have been confirmed dead with additional fatalities expected; and...
