    Can y'all please post folios from past stays on under our profile? I think every other major hotel chain has this functionality. Easily 50% of my "please email me my folio" never get emailed and then I have to call the hotel and waste time.

    Either that or fine hotels (points) that never send final invoices.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Regrettably, there is no timetable to offer in light of the technical and security issues that need to be overcome, but this has been on our radar for some time.

    In the meantime, there is no need to follow up with a hotel directly to get a missing folio. You can simply call/email/chat with SPG customer service and a folio will be requested on your behalf.
