With no competition/collision on so many routes, and baiting and switching and deceiving a core strategy, and with the ethicists from Private Equity calling the shots. and with pathetically light and no touch law enforcement and regulation, and with loading up short term numbers on their balance sheets all that matters , and with taking customers for granted anyone surprised that “””””””””the Friendly Skies”””””””” folks are selling and marketing a product that is an illusion to their useful idiot customers? Isn’t this like Volkswagen? Etc.?

Rumors abounding that UA will appoint a new Vice President for Honesty, the head of the Exxon Valdez clean up. Wouldn’t a CEO in a relatively honest industry be forced out after a story like this?
