I have both the Amex PRG and the CSP.
If I put air travel expenses on the PRG, I get 3 MR points / $
If I put them on the CSP, I get 2 UR points / $ AND trip cancellation insurance.
Amex sells travel insurance separately, which covers more than trip cancellation but is also likely to cost me more than $100 / year.
Has anyone experience of claiming against either travel cancellation insurance?
Since Amex as of June 1st will have no foreign currency surcharge and will give 2 MR points for restaurants, I was thinking of cancelling the CSP. Travel, dining and foreign expenses are pretty much all I use it for.
Since I need a visa or mc anyway, I would replace it with the Barclay Arrival +
    What do you think?

CSP allows you to move points. Arrival Plus give dollars.

I want points on long distance travel, 67,500. FC, $675.00 plus 10 is not enought for a $10,000 FC Ticket.

    Depends on your travels.,and reinversement
