The video product from Aircell will allow passengers on some transcontinental flights to wirelessly stream movies and TV shows from an inflight library to their personal Wi-Fi-enabled devices. Passenger testing of the new streaming inflight entertainment will begin early this summer. American Airlines will also expand Wi-Fi to most of its domestic fleet over the next few months.

Let's hope they stock the library well and we are not subjected to too many 'Ernest goes to ..' movies. :p

    Thanks for posting!

We actually have an existing thread about this announcement here just a few threads down. I've asked the admins to merge so we can keep all the info/conversation in one spot.
