hopefully they will start with some of the lousy gate agents there.
Sincere good thoughts to all the AA folks at MIA during this difficult time.
Is AA going to scale down operations at MIA.... or is this just that they want to lay off staff and will proceed to outsource the services...?
I would not normally agree with a comment like this, but given some of my recent experiences at MIA with gate staff I will have to say that the above statement is right on the spot. Some of the staff at AA, both on the ground and in the air need to lose some "attitude".... pronto.
WOW, you think it got better? Do you know what happens in Miami when you lower the pay and dumb down the workforce? Go to any "restaurant" or almost any hotel.
Really, I just went thru the "coach" check in, where the line was much shorter than in the Priority access and other elite lines and WOW, things have gotten a lot worst. What an horrible experience the traveling public now face at MIA.
