I remember reading a thread on flyertalk regarding someone who lost their grandfather in an airport and was pleading for help. As us milepoint people are all over the world I was thinking some kind of amber alert system could be setup for either children or elderly who are lost (or snatched) during travel. The way I would envision is that all users would be opted into the service unless they specifically opt out and in a time of crisis you would simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and whichever guide/admin on duty would verify and blast everyone's email and place an alert on the main page. Specifics would need to include airport, terminal and either a detailed description or a picture. A thread would automatically be created allowing for information to be posted which would be closed once the situation was resolved. What does everyone think?
