I noticed this and it was corrected after a long phone call. Even tho what I can see and said both tmo and another internet provider were coded as "utilities" what the agent could see said they were coded differently. This was true for the 6 months I had made payments All my payments had been at a particular t-mo store I think. Not clear to me if that stores card readers are at fault or if it is a more global problem. Best to check if you have the Ink card!
