I have had mechanical issues in 3/8 of my last Airtran flights. 2 of them resulted in travel vouchers. Last night instead of getting a travel voucher I received an e-mail addressed to Karen apologizing for the delay on her flight last night. Where is my apology? I'm stuck flying Airtran until fares come down on other airlines and hating every minute, but after tomorrow I should hit elite status and maybe things will improve.
