    Airport security still worries passengers:confused:

Travellers remain deeply concerned about security at regional airports, many of which don't even require passengers to present ID before boarding planes bound for major cities.

The finding is delivered in the latest Unisys Security Index, carried out by Newspoll.

Asked a series of questions about national security concerns, 48 per cent of respondents declared planes and airports "very or extremely vulnerable to malicious or terrorist attack".

A further 45 per cent said they were worried by the threat posed by the internet.
