Airport Frequent Traveler Programs
Earn points/miles for parking, shopping, dining, etc...
My local "news" had a story about this today. A quick google search led me to this blog post, which has a link to the list of airports:
I can't see this being so great, you ave to spend minimally 250 every 90 days. And is someone really spending 5k in airport shopping? I try to buy nothing except food at a airport.
Indeed. 250 at InMotion? Or a news stand? Not going to happen. They'd be more likely to make an extra sale if they offered 1 mile/$ instead of 500 miles for $250...
I do like me some airport bar's! Time to start exercising the drinking muscles.
Not when there are lounges with free drinks. After getting access to most lounges, I rarely pay for drinks or small snacks in the airport anymore.
I do pay for drinks on occasions in lounges that do not have free top shelf stuff.
