Interesting numbers, but the questions remain: How much can fares be raised further, how many employees can be made redundant in the future to deliver what Air France / KLM is all about? On the finish line, everyone from the employees, the bosses to the passengers is of course better off with a " healthy " airline, but at what cost and when does these " costs " drive passengers to take a harder look towards the competition again?

When i heard that this week, it made me question the future strategy of the airline. Quality also at risk?

What quality? If they didn't have a virtual monopoly on flights from the Netherlands to most any location that isn't a hub for a major competitor, I'd have switched to an alliance with a proper program and better attitudes towards their customers a long time ago!
