Air France-KLM Gives Frequent Flyers Free Miles to Assess Airline’s Service
They do need to be more systematic in listening to customers, especially Elite ones. I hope they provide for IRROPS reports, cross-border treatment/tracking coordination and related issues. So far the inflight and normal ops are generally not the big complaint areas IME, but anything irregular is a big problem, exacerbated by the almost completely unlinked systems between US, (where AF/KL are DL), France and even with languages where some called in Dutch automatically go to Holland, French to France and English to either Holland or Delta. Of course those are not rules, just things that happen.
Mystery shoppers drawn from existing customers should be very helpful in resolving some seemingly intractable issues for them. I wish them every good luck and enthusiastically support the initiative.
Interesting Lets see if they actually listen to Customers .
