I can only imagine how creative (sarcastic) some people with the name.
I agree ... as I do not have any use for FB I will not be giving my thoughts ...
"Here we go again?"
I might be flayed alive if I suggested resurrecting an iconic name in travel......Canadian!
<C'mon, you didn't think I was going to say Zip or Tango, did ya? >
How about Wardair.....the own that name since Canadian bought them prior to selling to AC.
I was going to suggest that, but I am not sure it would have much name recognition these days (aside from travel enthusiasts and old people! )
Westjet just named their LCC "Encore" and I hope AC doesn't use the same brand name consultant for their new LCC name.
Westjet has an LCC??
Given that Lufthansa is throwing everything into "German Wings" for a "lower cost but not cheap airline" perhaps Air Canada could follow suit with "Canada Wings?"
And the best LCC IMO is a nonexistent one.
I'm sick of AC ruining Canadian labor rights.
And I as a long time AC passenger am sick of unionized employees thinking the airline has bottomless pockets and the passengers will pay whatever fare the unions want. Its time for people to get paid what they are worth in their industry and shareholders/owners to see some return on their investment..
Try China. They have money, low wages, productivity etc etc
Canadian labor rights? Surely you mean Canadian labour rights?
