Air Canada officials are visiting Long Island MacArthur Airport today to look at the potential of establishing a presence at the airport.

Two senior directors will be in Ronkonkoma to meet with Airport Commissioner Teresa Rizzuto and Town of Islip Supervisor Phil Nolan about setting up a route between MacArthur and Toronto – one of the largest international airports in Canada with service to many European and Asian countries.

Possible alternate to LGA? US and SW are the big tenants. I am not sure why AC doesn't like JFK, which is the closest major airport to ISP. If they do fly to ISP, I predict it will be a CRJ or DH. Lounge access? fuhgeddaboudit!
