    It is just a bit disconcerting that with a virtually limitless number of catchy phrases to choose from, UA would opt for a déjà vu all over again...:confused:

    A step in the right direction, but the spots feel very cluttered by trying to communicate too many positioning statements.

    The wi-fi spot feels a little misleading, especially since less than a third of the fleet will have wi-fi at the end of the year.

    As one of the perverse few who enjoy the remorseless blue propaganda, I welcome the new attack. It made me smile when I saw the blue-wash on the jetway walls and the HK airport express and the Tamuning billboards. Get back in the groove, dude!

    Now Aaron, here{s a suggestion for you. It would be much better if the guy in the taxi spot was a Jeff Robbo look-alike, and he actually said something like hey, UA MP got me to FCO when the other programs could not, and now I am headed to the Colosseo.....it really is BEST IN CLASS!!!

    Muahaha! F%%% yeah, that would kill me and lots of other FF readers with laughter! See what you can do about it, would you?

    Matt Damon has a great voice. Just wish he either said "Come fly the friendly skies" or they used the classic jingle

    Hope this gets the employees motivated to smile more and be more friendly!

    I wish UA didn't have the doublespeak to refer to enhancements/upgrades in United Clubs just a week after downgrading the offerings (that was in the press release)

    Many employees are frustrated, scared of losing their job and they still don't have a harmonized labor agreement with in-flight crew. I doubt Matt Damon's voice would overcome those issues.

    I am not sure this campaign has hit the mark. :oops:

    As of today we have seen the following "friendly" changes:

    1. Increase in bag fees for *A elites

    2. Restrictions in award routings

    3. Material costs increase in award levels

    4. Three tiered award structure (*A partners)​

    You guys might want to remove that video that shows before the safety info that touts "Most reward destinations and availability" or at least add a disclaimer that there's a 40% premium to fly partners.
