Adding Business ExtrAA Account Number to Existing Reservation

    I made a reservation for a paid ticket using points from an old cc that still basically buys the points.

    I got my FF information in there and my wife's and I added it to my login.

    But is there any way to get my Business ExtrAA Account Number in there so I can get those points also?

    You can add your Business ExtrAA number to your AAdvantage profile at https://www.aa.com/myAccount/reservationPreferencesAccess.do
    It should automatically be added to any reservations you make with your AAdvantage number

    When you are making the reservation, there is a box to fill in with the BusinessExtrAA number. Once it is held or ticketed, you cannot maintain (or even see) that field, so you need to call the BusinessExtrAA number to have them add it. A regular AAgent can add it, but they will have difficulty (in my experience) finding it.

    I always call in for reservations that others have made. Pretty seamless

  6. I've had my BE number added to reservations made with third parties without issue so far by just calling the BE department. I'm pretty new to BE and I've heard some people have had issues making the BE number "stick" to their reservations.
