I recently had an "issue" with a hotel in which additional GP's were added to my account. it wasn't my issue (ie, i didn't complain and in no way was upset) ...it was the hotel's pro-active gesture. In the email, the GM states..."I have added this incident to your guest stay profile...." What? Remember in school - you were told "this will go in your permanent record"? Uh oh, Is this the hotel version of a permanent record?
