    Hi,

I recently flew on a US E fare, but it showed up in my United activity as Y class. They didn't provide a Y EQM bonus so I guess it is only the reporting of the US E class that is wrong. Other trips have been reported with the correct fare bucket. This is really annoying.

What part is annoying? That you earned credit based on what you paid?

The annoying part is that I cannot trust the activity statement, and when adding up my EQMs I now have to think about the fare class I flew instead of the one that is reported.

You always have to think ab:)ut the fare class you flew and what that maps into on the carrier you are choosing to earn on. I'm not clear on what the problem here is. You flew US. You chose to earn on UA. UA has a chart that lists the fare class mappings. An E fare on US earns 100% EQM on UA. It sounds as if that's what you got. Where is the problem?

What is the problem? They are adding it up for you and you got what you paid for.
