Abu Dhabi eyes Singapore feeder traffic Abu Dhabi is preparing to capitalise on increased feeder traffic opportunities with Singapore Airlines in the run-up to the carrier's winter schedule launch. With increased flights from Singapore to Osaka (11 a week), complemented by five daily flights to Bangkok, the Gulf city is hoping to attract more Asian travellers to its shores from October 30. Other additions from Singapore include increased frequencies to Auckland, Christchurch, Brisbane and Perth. http://www.businesstraveller.com/middle-east/news/abu-dhabi-eyes-sia-feeder-traffic
I fail to see the connection. SQ is not increasing its flights to AUH, so why would increased flights elsewhere bring more traffic to AUH?
