about upgrade to Premium Membership P2 issue

    I have paid for p2 membership

    but I haven't received the private message and my account level did not reflected.

    what's problem?

    You have the P2 badge in your profile. There's nothing in your "Inbox" (on top right of screen if on a desktop browser)?

    I signed up & you get a message from them, seems easy. Might take a day though.
