Based on Twitter chatter, it looks like AA has won the Airline Program of the Year in the Americas, Best Airline Elite Program in the Americas, Best Promotion for Earning in the Americas, and Best Airline Customer Service in the Americas.

Can't say I'm surprised, my personal analysis already told me all these things which is why I'm an AA elite.

    Any thoughts? :)

AAdvantage is simply the best program around right now. This is a very well deserved win.

It should be noted that AAdvantage is the ONLY program without UDU. That should say something about elites caring about extended upgrade availability - having to choose where to use limited upgrades as GLD and PLT makes them more valuable, and gives a better chance of clearing when everyone above them isn't necessarily in the race.

I've never been a fan of UDU coming to AA, and I still hope AA doesn't move to that model.

Total agreement. If AA were to give ExP the choice of earning stickers without free upgrades or no stickers with free upgrades, I might very will take the stickers.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! nOW..our friends at AA must listen to loyal customers....Sterngthen your MILEAGE MULTIPLIER PROGRAM and make it available worldwide. You would make millions of passengers happy while collecting a very handsome revenue!!!!!

I'm not so sure, the mileage multipler is generally overpriced considering how many ways there are to earn miles for less. It does work for some people though.

Welcome to MP though Carlos A. Miranda!
