    They are being VERY tight-lipped on which routes are eligible, though they also say that elites should continue to use e500s which suggests that the long-haul stuff isn't included. Yet.

    Would you be able to bid for an upgrade if you are on award ticket? How about bidding using miles???

    Cash-only right now. Miles rates are fixed and published. Unclear if award tickets are eligible but I'd bet yes.

    Hm, I'd not expect award tickets to be eligible. They are not upgradable using e500's, SWU's or cash+miles today. To 'upgrade' you have to add miles and re-ticket.

    Right, but we're talking about non-elites, a perishable product and cash in the coffers. Even if not included in the program initially I'd bet they are eventually.
