AA seat confusion - blocked vs. occupied

    Have had this happen twice now. ExpertFlyer shows seat as blocked but ConciergeKey desk swears it's occupied. Any insight?

    Specifically 8D on flight 1047 Tues Jan 28.

    As 1047 has 2 segments we can't reproduce what you are looking at, if you tell us the segment you are looking at we can help you further. CK is probably telling you the same thing that you would see on AA.com, which is that Blocked seats show as occupied and unavailable for assignment.
