Anyone knows what version of 757-200 AA flies from LAX-DFW red eye flight?
It's the old style 757 with the tan leather seats in first class.
Specifically, are you asking about what type of F class cabin you'll receive? If so, it's the recliner seat, not the angled lie-flat.
That's a SHORT red eye!!
I can't think of a worse red-eye. Option 1: Leave at ~12:30am, in the air for ~2:20, land ~4:50am. Option 2: Leave ~1:30am, in the air for ~2:20, land at ~5:50am...no one is getting any sleep on either of those...shoot me now.
Yes, I am referring to F class seats. I am connecting from HKG and taking 1:25am flight to DFW.
I took the flight this past Sunday and it was a refurbished plane, but the week before it was an old one.
Get some sleep on your HKG-LAX flight.
