Now there is also a separate menu for dessert (handed out after dinner), but just went with my standard sundae.

Nice John, did you get one of the new amenity kits too or were they still handing out the old ones?

Considering there's a picture of the new kit in his post, I'm willing to bet he got it ;)

Welcome to rainy DFW. Are you at the Sheraton off of 114? Drove by there earlier tonight. ;)

Is that tablet case/amenity kit for 7" or 10" tablets?

Food looks pretty good (says this former carnivore). And I like the placemat.

Very nice - hopefully I'll get to try the new service on my next trip to LHR.

That are some nice new changes. Somehow the glass seems very Scandinavish design. Looks like a very big improvement the old-fashion plates (most probably some people will still prefer the old sets since they will argue it was more elegant, etc.. ). Hopefully I will get the new service in a few week times on my BCN-MIA trip.

Any changes or update to the coffee/tea mugs?

    Cheers!

In general, it's a big improvement, although there are still some glitches. The separate dessert menu caused some confusion--(I was in 2D, my partner in 2G)--my traveling companion was asked if she wanted dessert and she asked what the options were--no menu offered, just 'cheese or ice cream'. I on the other hand got the full menu, with multiple options and much more detailed descriptions.
