    Here's the announcement:
The 320neo deliveries aren't slated to begin until after 2017. The E90 fleet will max out at 75 aircraft. I'm pretty sure they had a lot more on order or options available at one point.

Sounds good to me . I look forward to flying in the A321 in 2014. Will either of the new planes reduce the need for tech stops in the winter on the transcons?

The 321 doesn't have more range than the 320 so that doesn't seem likely to help.

The 320neo will help solve (or will completely solve) the Tech stop issues. But the neo is ot on property until 2017.

The current 319 would solve most of the tech stop issues. B6 would probably only need a sub fleet of 15-25 aircraft to make the tech stop issues go away. Full fleet commonality for parts and pilots, just a few extra rows is all that differs between 319 and 320.

I suspect that even with the tech stops the A320 makes more sense then the a319 . I suspect B6 has already game planned that issue.

Here is the wiki on A320 family:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus_A320_family

The A319 would end out about 130 passengers for B6, but the nonstop capability in winter would seem to be a large advantage. No doubt they have decided. It would be unsurprising if Airbus would cut them a good deal to accept A319 now to be replaced by A320NEO, A321NEO when they become available.

Actually, I think B6 can have conversion the orders from A321 into A321neo. Can they have enough more range during transcons flight.
