    This is fantastic news for all us A3 M&B members! A3 has gone from having one of the most restrictive change/cancellation policies to having one of the most liberal.

    That, along with the great customer service (non-canned email replies ftw) and a low status threshold will keep me crediting my *A miles to them :)

    This is really huge! 20 Euros is about $25 today, which is downright CHEAP when it comes to changes/cancellations.

    Now if only they had a Gold member bonus for earning miles, even something like 25-50% :).

    $25 for cancellation/change 30 mins before the flight is truly an incredible deal. Other airlines should take notice.

    As for Gold Bonus miles, I do think that the program is already too generous :)

    Personally, a cash+miles option (a la BD) would be much more useful than bonus miles

    Very happy about this. I still wish a stopover was permitted and more than one connection on an award ticket... And oh yeah, status bonus ;)
