    Spreadable cheese sounds pretty gross.

It was a very tasty burger! Why does spreadable cheese sound gross?

I had a foie gras burger (basically foie gras instead of cheese) for $20 at Ray's Hell Burger last week in Arlington, VA. Quite tasty.

I've never tried foie gras, doesn't really appeal to me but I might have to try it on a burger eventually!

I was with a really picky friend who refused to try it. I told him to think of foie gras and regular fat from a steak as similar to the difference between butter and whipped cream. It's definitely fat, but I tastes so much better.
