Travelers can stop stuffing the quart-sized plastic bags airport security requires them to use if they want to carry liquids on a flight with a new service from Ogomo.com. The e-retailer of travel-sized toiletries has launched a round-trip delivery service for products ordered on the site and initially shipped to a consumer’s hotel or destination.
For a $9.99 fee Ogomo.com includes a pre-paid mailing label printed with the consumer’s home address (or the address of her next destination) and packing materials with a consumer’s order.

I guess it could be good if you carry expensive liquids/creams/gels and do not want to check bags.

I find that the small travel size re-fillable containers work pretty well...cost me $3.26 a long time ago and minimize waste.
