I was on a domestic flight recently, a 321. A guy came up from the back and insisted on suing the J toilet. He told the IC it was his right as a SE, believe it or not. He stood and argued with the IC for several minutes threatening to write to Calin among others and getting her in trouble with the Company. Half way through the "discussion" one of the pilots came out to use the bathroom and listened to the barrage from this character. Finally he said that if the pax didn't head to the back right away he would ensure a police escort would greet him upon landing and he would file the complaint.

I thought it was a guaranteed seat in Y, not T.

At one point in the "discussion" the pilot asked him why he didn't demand a J meal while seared in the back. He said he wasn't hungry as he had eaten in the airport prior to departure.

Sounds like he almost got upgraded to a lie-flat cot, and three hots.
