    The last one got me:

“My fiance and I requested twin-beds when we booked, but instead we were placed in a room with a king bed. We now hold you responsible and want to be re-reimbursed for the fact that I became pregnant. This would not have happened if you had put us in the room that we booked.”

I completely agree. We used to lead ski trips from the Deep South to Colorado. There were always a family, or maybe just a couple, who could well have written ALL of those Thomas Cook complaints:
    "The snow was cold."
"We thought that all ski equipment would be included" (though the brochures specifically stated that it was NOT.
"There was no one available to put on my ski boots."
"Back home, I wear a size 6 shoe. The man at the shop tried to give me a pair of size 8, but I refused. I know what size shoe I wear. Those boots hurt my feet and ruined my ski vacation."
"Our condo did not come fully stocked with groceries and liquor. We had to buy those things at the store."

The list could go on and on, but I will shut it down for now.
