man I am so happy. I just had a great experience with AE Customer Service. I called to make a simple change to an upcoming reward flight, which found out to be not so simple. The CS lady couldn't make it and forwarded me to a supervisor (is it OK to say her name here?) who handled it so professionally and with so much good will, probably saving me lots of miles, money and disappointment. what do you guys think I can do to thank her again?
