|| A Bill Gates Company Is Buying Four Seasons Hotel Houston ||
Gates owning the property that he and his partner manage.
This is one of the lesser FS properties in the US. Perhaps there will be a capex plan.
So I'm guessing they won't be handing out Ipad's to guests to use anytime soon
More of the surface table ( not the tablet) Remember the $10,000 per piece of windows furniture ? Each room fitted with surface table !
Now, I always thought that at least Four Seasons would be equal, same high standards throughout the chain, I mean, It's Four Seasons.
I'm always surprised to hear about "lesser" hotels within the same chain, they bear the name, charge the overnight rates and they're still lesser.
It's maybe all about the location or how glamorous everything is, but overall, this should be a great hotel, or it wouldn't bear the brand.
Bill Gates seems to want the FS grows faster than ever before and now he wants to own the physical plants too. Interesting development.
After Microsoft, now Four Seasons has catched the imagination of the "Bill".
Maybe they will outfit all the rooms with the new Xbox 360's That would make sense. Better sense than MSC cruise lines putting Wii's in the cabins.
Thinking about it, XBox 360's, this would make sense, seeing the Microsoft connection. Would still prefer however an iPad in every room.
Hopefully the elevators won't freeze up and stop working more frequently.
