    It happened to us in many places so far incl. in Beirut, here we couldn't take a photo of the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel. A soldier came after us. Was stopped to photograph the lobby area and public spaces at the Hyatt Regency in Warsaw, the reason: They claimed copyright! Couldn't take a photo of the Marriott in Amman, Jordan and was hindered to take photos of the public spaces at the Hyatt Regency The Churchill in London, despite being paying guests. So, no photography in hotels? Not so rare in our experience.:(
