Leaving this week and flying into Lima at 5 minutes passed midnight. I have a flight to Cusco at 8:20 A.M (wish i was smart and booked the lst flight out awhile back). Should I exit the airport and stay overnight at a hotel or overnight at Caral Vips lounge?

Yeah, I just needed someone to agree with me ;) Looking for an inexpensive airport hotel with provided shuttle from Lima airport.

It is priced in 4 hr intervals ($60), unless you have a pass from an airline or have priority pass. It gets very crowded & warm in those lounges!

Leaving LIM at that hour can take quite some time - the immigration line can be quite long. The only hotel that will give you a reasonable amount of time to rest is the marginal Ramada right across the driveway at the airport. Rates are not particularly appealing, as I understand. (I've only been there once, paid for by the airline.)

I stayed there last month & the cheapest rate I could find was US $189 ai. It couldn't be more convenient though!;)
