    Definitely not time enough for Seoul, but Inchon itself might be of interest. Or you could decide to just enjoy the airport and its lounges if you have access.

    For a meal, you could take the Hyatt bus (about 5 minutes, every 20 minutes) or even walk there and go to their sophisticated food court restaurant off of the lobby. It's divided into about ten stations with different styles and cuisine, so this offers wide choice and would be good for a group with varied tastes. I don't know whether they sell admission to their pool etc.
