30 minutes now on hold. I f**** hate this airline. RIDICULOUS.
So freaking mad.
Glad with retirement I will rarely fly AC. Will be E50K for life but the experience is substandard.

With the new AQD requirements it will only get worse, as people drop a level in status. The upside will be the SE100Ks.

Well, blood pressure increases nothwithstanding, AC's/AE's tardy telephonic performance is consistent with (ahem!) 'general industry standards' for just about every business sector in North America.
If there's a moral to the story? Plan for IRROPS beforehand, schedule long connection times, or be really nice to the concierges.

I followed up with Air Canada about this. I believe my call was an anomaly and not the usual experience for E50K's. Anyways I'm thankful for the followup and hope that this doesn't happen again. Just flying SEA YYZ now (inflight wifi) and back to YVR on Wednesday. Yay.
